Welcome to The Good Neighbor Connection!
Alam and Jessica Ortiz, originally from San Miguel, El Salvador, arrived in Houston in 2001. From the very beginning of their journey, they understood the importance of building connections in a new country. After marrying and starting a family, they faced challenges of isolation and the search for resources in an unfamiliar environment.
Motivated by their own experiences, Alam and Jessica founded The Good Neighbor Connection to help others navigate the difficulties they themselves encountered over 18 years. They firmly believe in the power of connection and that together we are better and stronger.
Through their work, they are dedicated to building a community where everyone feels valued and supported. At The Good Neighbor Connection, they know that a good connection can transform lives and open doors to a better future for all families.
